Was there because I needed a knob for my stove, bought in 2005. :) We were referred to them by a son. If you want to buy your appliances and furniture from a box store or online, you'll not receive the quality provided by a sales team with years of experience. The Kirkish family has based their business on delivering home goods backed by principles of a solid build, reliability, and service after the sale. More expensive than those other places? It depends on the price you put on something that won't end up in the landfill in a couple of years. I plan on having my new Speed Queen washing machine and GE freezer for a verrrrrry long time. "
