Due to the circumstances surrounding the sale and delivery of appliances, furniture, bedding, flooring, etc. all sales are final.
Upon purchasing/receiving an item from our store, we advise you inspect it for any damage or defects. If it is damaged or has a defect, we ask you to submit a picture of the affected area/product to firstname.lastname@example.org so we can assess the damage and we will offer a repair. If it is beyond repair, we will offer a refund or replacement. Orders that are cancelled prior to pick up or delivery will receive a full refund unless it is a custom ordered appliance/furniture piece, which will require a 25% fee.
Items that have been specially/custom ordered but are cancelled in advance of delivery will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. Orders that are accepted on delivery or unpacked are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Pre-packaged flooring that is unused or unopened and returned within 48 hours of purchasing will be fully refunded. The packaged flooring that is returned outside of the first 48 hours will be subject to the 25% restocking fee. Pre-packed flooring that is damaged or opened at all cannot be returned or replaced.
Any flooring product that has been pre-cut or special ordered cannot be returned or refunded. (i.e. Cuts from a carpet roll, sheet vinyl roll, carpet remnant and sheet vinyl remnant) For health reasons, no bedding or mattress related item can be returned either and any purchase of such item is considered final.
**If a return is requested, a sales slip with purchase price and purchase date is required**
