Professional delivery and installation is available for every product we sell. We would be happy to coordinate delivery and installation for you.

Extended warranties are usually very inexpensive and can save you thousands in the future. Some can even cover extra costs that result, such as cost of food that spoils when your fridge dies. It's simple and inexpensive to purchase extended warranties and one of the smartest ways to protect your investment.

Appliances can be large, heavy and expensive. You probably don't have the special tools or expertise needed to fix them in a crisis. If you can spare a few thousand dollars without batting an eyelash for new appliances should they break tomorrow, don't buy a warranty. But if you're like most of us, protect yourself by purchasing inexpensive extended warranties when you buy a new product and save yourself big money in the long run.

We love our Bosch Warming Drawer!!!

TSMand 6/20/2021

We bought a Bosch Warming Drawer for our total home remodel. On our first dinner party, we used the warming drawer to keep food warm and then the dinner plates warm. The product worked great and all our guests fell in love with it!

Functional but needs more controls.

SaraS 5/4/2021

Wish we could adjust some of these functions. The low isn't low enough to keep plates warm but not too hot to the touch. The default settings cannot be changed and it always starts at medium heat. The worst part is the annoying 2 minutes of beeping when the timed amount expires. There is no way to turn off this beeping.

Easy to use

Warming drawer ego 3/12/2021

Very simple operating panel. The only annoying this is the 2 minutes of beeping when it goes off; there is no way to turn off this warning. We fondly call it the warming drawer's inflated sense of self-importance.

Great appliance except....

A little disappointed 7/24/2020

It's a great appliance. Slightly expensive for what it is. Have used it plenty over the last several months. The problem I had was the Bosch online information for install instructions & dimensions was BIGGER than the actual dimensions in the manula that came with the unit. Fortunately, I'm capable and could modify the specifically designed cabinets to mount the unit. Sooo, Bosch needs to correct thier online info VS the instructions shipped in the box.

What a luxury to have

Wendrella 5/9/2020

I was so excited to be able to purchase a warming oven and have not been disappointed. I have used it to proof dough, heat plates and reheat foods. It's only twomonths old, but I know over the years it will be a valuable appliance to have.

Warms but doesnt open

Aaron 4/1/2020

We bought this last year along side a 800 Series Combo set. $$$$. Unfortunately it had to sit on a shelf for a year in our house because of construction delays to our remodel. Got it installed finally and come to find out the push-to-open spring mechanism had come off one side. Reinstalled it and it still doesnt work right. Now the drawer gets stuck closed and we have to torque on it to dislodge it. When it does open and close right it still doesnt sit closed at the bumpers. It has a huge gap in the front and its crooked because of the push-to-open spring. Pretty frustrating experience. Customer service told us when we bought it, they would support us from Date of install. Fast forward a year later, we expected support as we spent a ton of money, and they basically said thanks but we wont support you on getting a small replacement part.

Absolutely terrible closing mechanism

Darius J 1/30/2020

Closing mechanism is terrible. Cheap little plastic parts that supposed to hold drawer from opening broke. After using drawer for a year it no longer stays closed. We had and still have Bosch dishwasher without any issues. Bosch engineers should be ashamed of this poor quality design closing mechanism.

Strike/Latch Broken after 5 uses

Michael 11/17/2019

We were able to use our Bosch warming Drawer five time before it broke. It has been sitting unused for over a year now. Looked at a friends, and the plastic latch in the back is flimsy to say the least. So we now are the proud owners of an useless piece of stainless steel. All the rest of our Bosch appliances are still working well though. Just do not buy a warming drawer.

Sliding drawer issue

New to Bosch 8/22/2019

The sliding drawer got stuck closed on first use and could not be opened. Since the power switch is behind the drawer, I removed power to the unit at the circuit breaker and eventually opened the drawer by repeatedly pushing it closed and then quickly pulling outward with some force. Given the bad reviews posted here (and elsewhere) by other Series 500 owners, this seems to be a common problem in a device that is not very robust. In my opinion, the drawer-slide problem is a design flaw.

Buyer beware

new to Bosch 8/17/2019

My beef was originally with the dealer, but on reading the reviews left by other owners of a 500 Series warming drawer, I think Bosch also owns some of the blame. The spouse updated the kitchen and opted for Bosch appliances. The warming drawer was professionally installed by the dealer (Tucson Appliance Company), and it seemed to function properly until the first time it was actually used. Long story short, the drawer stuck closed in use and couldn't be opened. I killed power to the unit at the breaker and eventually figured out that by repeatedly pushing the drawer in and then pulling outward with a bit of force it could be opened. Sometimes. Thinking that maybe the installers had left packing material under the sliding drawer, I removed that drawer and found the front panel surface was badly bent at the bottom, that the chassis bottom was creased and that a wooden shim had been tucked beneath the damaged bottom for support. We emailed the salesman a complaint with a few pics of the damage, and after a few days we were contacted with an offer to repair the damage. Given the bad reviews posted here (and elsewhere) by other Series 500 owners, and given the fact that we ordered a brand new unit--not a repaired unit--we're reluctant to accept local repairs in lieu of a brand new replacement. So, as I said, this beef started with a bad dealer, but it certainly merits mention that the Series 500 warming drawer isn't particularly sturdy, and that the drawer-slide problem might be a design issue and not completely attributable just to damaged units.
